Refund Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We cannot refund or replace items due to incorrect sizes. 

Damaged Items or Poor-Quality Printing

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often.

For the fastest resolution to the problem, please send us a photograph showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item.

In event of a damaged item or poor-quality printing, you will be sent a replacement product at no additional shipping costs to you. Alternatively, a refund may be offered.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us at momgoescamping@gmail.com before returning items.  Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

In most cases, we will replace defective garments, defective printing, the wrong garment, or the wrong print, simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with the shirt and including the order number.  It is very rare that we actually ask a garment to be sent back to us.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
